Job Description:

• Production & Preparation: Assist in preparing and baking breads, cakes, and pastries following established recipes and portion sizes.
• Mise-en-place: Prepare all necessary ingredients and station tools before service, such as mixing dough or preparing fillings.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment (mixers, ovens) and ensuring food safety standards (labeling/dating) are met.
• Stock Management: Assist with accepting deliveries, organizing storage, and monitoring stock levels.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate bakery equipment like ovens, proofers, and mixers. 
   

• Experience/Education: Previous experience in a quality establishment is usually required, along with a professional culinary qualification or apprenticeship.
• Skills: Strong passion for baking, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
