Job Description:

• Equipment Operation: Expertly maneuver skid steers to dig, lift, spread, and grade materials.
• Site Preparation: Clear, level, and backfill trenches or land.
• Maintenance: Perform daily checks, clean, grease, and lubricate the machine to ensure it is in good working order.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, hazard controls, and site protocols.
• Attachment Handling: Switch between attachments (e.g., buckets, forks, augers) to perform varied tasks.
• Workflow Coordination: Work with site crews to ensure materials are moved according to project plans. 

• Experience: Generally 2+ years of prior experience with compact heavy machinery.
• Certification: Valid operator license/certification is often required.
• Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, ability to read site plans, and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of working in various weather conditions and sitting for extended periods.
