Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians and apprentices
- Plan and schedule daily tasks and project timelines
- Inspect electrical installations for quality and compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Order and manage electrical materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
- Valid electrician’s license or certification
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments
