Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Hire and collaborate with the construction workers and contractors needed to complete a job.
• Keep detailed records of expenses accrued throughout a project to ensure it remains within the set budget.
• Ensure the job site is a safe work environment and in compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Troubleshoot all issues that may arise on the job site and find an adequate solution in a timely manner.
• Create work schedules for all workers and contractors to adhere to.
• Source any supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Must have previous work experience or training as a General Foreman
• Must be a strong leader
• Must pay close attention to detail
• Must display superior organizational skills and be able to work efficiently on tight schedules
• Must be able to keep detailed and accurate records
• Must work well with a variety of people from different backgrounds
