Job Description:

• Operational Control: Monitor and adjust equipment controls (pumps, conveyors, mixers) to maintain proper flow, pressure, and material, ingredient, or product consistency.
• Quality & Testing: Collect samples, measure/weigh materials, and perform lab tests to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintenance & Safety: Inspect, clean, and lubricate machinery to prevent malfunctions; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or processing issues.
• Documentation: Record data on production, testing, maintenance, and chemical usage.
• Material Handling: Receive, store, and manage chemical deliveries. 

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous experience in industrial processing, water treatment, or operating machinery is preferred.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and familiarity with automated control systems.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb stairs/ladders, work in confined spaces, and withstand extreme heat/cold.
