Job Description:

• Process Control: Operate kiln machinery via control panels or systems (CCR), managing firing, heating, or drying, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Monitoring & Adjustments: Monitor gauges, thermometers, and sensors to track temperature, humidity, and pressure, adjusting controls as necessary.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety protocols, perform minor maintenance, and inspect equipment for defects or debris.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products, often using forklifts or loaders.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs on production volume, quality, and equipment performance. 

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of kiln operating principles, material chemistry, or thermodynamics.
• Operational Skills: Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery.
• Safety Mindset: Awareness of hazards like high heat, dust, and fumes.
• Physical Stamina: Capacity for manual labor, standing for long periods, and lifting.
• Communication: Effective reporting to supervisors and coordination with team members.
