Job Description:

• Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment (walk-in freezers, steam cookers, ice machines).
• Installation: Install new kitchen appliances and ensure proper, safe functionality.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of equipment to prevent failures.
• Documentation: Keep accurate logs of maintenance, repairs, and service needs.
• Inventory Management: Monitor spare parts, truck stock, and order necessary components.
• Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets health and safety regulations. 

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience: Previous experience in repairing commercial kitchen or food service equipment.
• Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in hot, fast-paced environments.
