Job Description:
responsibilities for this position include:
Know the prices of all our menu items
Properly pronounce all menu items
Maintain the computerized Work Order System
Answer the telephone within prescribed number of rings
Correctly enter all pertinent information of an order including special items, cooking meat instructions, no seasoning (MSG, salt)
To maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the cabin and computer terminals
To assist the Butler team at all the times ensuring continual communication and coordinates the entire request comes from the floors responsible for private bar
To assist superiors in maintaining standards by communicating any challenges in work areas
To liaise closely with the Team Leaders for requisitions and replenishment of the Stationary and other stores
To ensure that all the guest request, requirements and private bar postings are managed in a professional manner and reports are maintained for all such activities
