Job Description:
Responsibilities
Documentation & Reporting: Organize construction documents, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain daily logs of site activities.
Labor & Payroll: Track on-site worker attendance, verify timesheets, and submit them to the head office for payroll processing.
Inventory & Procurement: Process material delivery tickets, order supplies, and track inventory for tools, PPE, and cleaning materials.
Compliance & Safety: Collect and organize subcontractor safety documents and help enforce site access and egress controls.
Coordination: Serve as the central communication hub between the Project Manager, suppliers, and the design team.
Common Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary certification in finance, administration, or construction management is a plus.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, ideally on a project site or within the engineering/construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with construction terminology.
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent oral/written communication skills.
