Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of field sales representatives.
  • Distribution Management: Appoint new distributors, manage existing distributor relationships, and ensure proper product flow and inventory levels.
  • Market Coverage & Availability: Ensure maximum product visibility and availability in retail outlets (general trade/modern trade).
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
