Job Description:
Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot fluid leaks, test circuits with gauges, and rebuild cylinders, pumps, and motors.
Preventative Maintenance: Inspect hoses, change oil and seals, and conduct routine tune-ups to reduce machine downtime.
System Assembly: Read technical blueprints, cut and crimp hoses, and install new hydraulic or pneumatic parts.
Documentation & Safety: Log service records and follow high-pressure safety protocols like lockout/tagout.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma plus a vocational certificate in industrial or mechanical technology.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on work with heavy machinery, mobile equipment, or industrial systems.
Technical Abilities: Strong mechanical aptitude and skill in reading hydraulic schematics and diagrams.
Tool Proficiency: Ability to use hand tools, pressure meters, flow analyzers, and crimping machines.
