Job Description:

• Facility Maintenance: Ensure all office areas, including meeting rooms and pantries, are clean and tidy. This includes dusting furniture, mopping floors, and clearing waste.
• Hospitality Services: Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors. Arrange refreshments for meetings and guest greetings.
• Clerical Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and shredding documents.
• Document & Package Delivery: Hand-deliver or collect documents, parcels, and mail both within the office and to external locations like banks or post offices.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items to prevent shortages.
• Operational Errands: Run various outdoor tasks such as depositing cheques, purchasing supplies, or paying utility bills. 
   

• Education: Usually requires a 10th or 12th-grade completion (high school diploma).
• Reliability: Must be punctual and trustworthy, often responsible for opening and closing office premises.
• Communication: Basic verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with visitors and following staff instructions.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to handle manual tasks like moving light furniture, lifting supplies, or walking/driving for errands.
