Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct scaffold erection teams on a daily basis
Ensure full compliance with safety laws and standards (such as OSHA)
Inspect scaffolding components and completed structures before use
Read and interpret project blueprints, plans, and structural layouts
Manage material inventory, equipment conditions, and site logistics
Communicate project progress with managers, clients, and other trades
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on scaffolding and supervisory experience
Valid scaffolding supervisor or competent person certification
Deep knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
