Job Description:

• Machine Operation & Setup: Load feeders, set up pick-and-place machines, printers, and ovens according to work orders.
• Production Monitoring: Ensure machinery runs properly, maintaining optimal speed and accuracy, and perform basic troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Quality Control: Inspect PCBs for solder quality and component placement using AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment or manual inspection.
• Material Management: Replenish components, manage solder paste, and handle inventory needed for the SMT line.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Perform daily maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized, hazard-free work area.
• Documentation: Record production data, maintain accurate logs, and fill out reports. 
   

• Experience: Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically SMT processes (e.g., stencil printers, pick-and-place), is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PCB assembly components, solder paste application, and reading, interpreting blueprints/engineering instructions.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling delicate components.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in identifying defects and monitoring quality.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems for managing machine interfaces.
