Job Description:
Responsibilities
Accommodation & Maintenance: Assign rooms, track occupancy, and coordinate repairs for plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
Food & Catering Supervision: Manage kitchen staff, plan menus, and ensure food quality and pantry hygiene comply with safety standards.
Health & Safety (HSE): Monitor compliance with fire safety protocols, first aid, and waste disposal regulations; coordinate medical interventions or transport during emergencies.
Security & Discipline: Oversee on-site security personnel, manage access points (entry/exit gates), and resolve disputes to maintain a peaceful camp environment.
Logistics & Inventory: Track and order consumables (cleaning supplies, food provisions, linens) and monitor utility usage.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Typically 5+ years in facility management, hospitality, or catering, often specifically in large-scale oil & gas, construction, or remote mining camps.
Certifications: Certifications in HSE management, First Aid, and HACCP food safety compliance.
Soft Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, and logistical organization.
