ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Supervise Crews: Lead, schedule, and assign daily tasks to electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and panel schedules.
Ensure Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct site walk-downs, and correct workplace hazards or code violations.
Manage Materials: Order, track, and organize necessary parts, tools, and supplies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate Work: Communicate project progress to managers and collaborate with other trade teams to limit downtime. 
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification or formal electrical apprenticeship completion.
Experience: 5 to 7+ years of hands-on electrical work experience, with proven leadership or supervisory background.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective team communication, and proficiency with testing equipment.
