Job Description:

Core Responsibilities
Personal Care: Help patients with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting.
Mobility Support: Assist with walking, transferring from beds to wheelchairs, and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores.
Vital Signs Tracking: Measure and record basic health metrics like temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure.
Observation & Reporting: Monitor physical and behavioral changes and report abnormalities to registered nurses or medical staff.
Environment Maintenance: Change bed linens, clean equipment, and keep patient rooms safe and tidy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR, and state-specific nursing assistant certifications (like a CNA) if required by the facility.
Key Skills: Compassion, strong verbal communication, patience, and physical stamina for lifting and moving patients.
