Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport raw materials or finished products from trucks, shipping containers, or storage racks.
  • Inventory Control: Use radio frequency (RF) scanners to track inventory, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement
    .
Safety Adherence: Perform pre-shift equipment inspections, identify hazards, and maintain a clean, organized work area.Order Fulfillment: Pick, wrap, and stage goods for shipment to customers.
Process Optimization: Organize warehouse storage for maximum efficiency and follow production schedules.
 
Job Requirements
  • Certification: Valid forklift license/certification (e.g., OSHA certification) is typically required.
  • Experience: Proven experience operating industrial vehicles (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks).
  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50–70 pounds regularly, stand for long periods, and work in varied temperatures (cold storage or outdoors).
  • Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and basic computer/mathematical skills for inventory management.
