Job Description:

• Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshooting electrical systems, high-voltage battery packs, inverters, and drive motors.
• Maintenance: Conducting routine servicing including brake inspections, tire rotations, cabin filter changes, and coolant checks.
• Software & Electrical: Updating vehicle firmware, diagnosing communication issues between components, and repairing wiring harnesses.
• Safety Adherence: Operating under strict high-voltage safety standards (using Personal Protective Equipment).
• Battery Maintenance: Testing, managing, and replacing lithium-ion battery modules.
• Documentation: Recording maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics in work management systems. 
   

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience: 2–10 years of experience in automotive repair, with specialized training in electric vehicle technology preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of EV high-voltage systems, electric drivetrains, and diagnostic software.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency with multimeters, insulation testers (megohmmeter), and specialized diagnostic scanners.
