Job Description:

• Planting: Digging holes, mixing soil, and positioning heavy palm trees.
• Pruning: Removing dead fronds, seed pods, and hazards using saws.
• Harvesting: Digging, wrapping roots in burlap, and tying fronds for transport.
• Maintenance: Watering, applying fertilizer, treating pests, and weeding around bases.
• Equipment Use: Operating chainsaws, pruners, shovels, and occasionally utility vehicles.
• Safety: Wearing protective gear and following protocols near heavy machinery.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 25–50 kg repeatedly.
• Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat or rain.
• Climbing: Comfort working at heights on ladders or lifts.
• Skills: Experience with hand tools and basic plant identification.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends.
