Job Description:

• Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled checks, cleaning, and maintenance on production equipment, HVAC, and utility systems to prevent failures.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing, repairing, and replacing faulty components in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Installation: Assisting in the setup, installation, and testing of new machinery and facility upgrades.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to safety standards, including OSHA regulations, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate maintenance logs, service records, and reporting using computer systems.
• Emergency Response: Promptly responding to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. 
   

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment.
• Education/Experience: Usually requires a high school diploma, with technical school, certification, or previous industrial experience highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and execute effective repairs.
