Job Description:

• Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling gasoline/diesel engines, drive trains, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Training junior mechanics on new technologies, software, and repair techniques.
• Preventive Maintenance: Developing and executing comprehensive maintenance programs for machinery, vehicles, and tools.
• Quality Control & Safety: Ensuring all repairs meet safety regulations and company standards, including OSHA compliance and maintaining a clean shop.
• Technical Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs.
• Operational Support: Assisting with spare parts inventory management and advising on equipment needs. 
   

• Experience: Generally 5+ years in industrial or automotive maintenance.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with diagnostic software and complex repair tools.
• Certifications: ASE certifications (Automotive Service Excellence) are often required.
• Communication: Strong ability to document repairs and guide team members.
