Job Description:

• Collection & Organization: Gather, push, or tow trolleys from parking lots, terminals, or store areas back to designated bays.
• Customer Assistance: Assist passengers or customers with loading/unloading luggage and groceries.
• Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and perform minor repairs on damaged trolleys.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols when moving heavy equipment to ensure passenger and staff safety.
• Inventory Control: Monitor trolley stock levels in key areas to prevent shortages. 
   

• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in English (or local language) to interact with customers.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, retail, or aviation ground handling is preferred.
