Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff, including scheduling shifts and managing performance.
- Operational Management: Plan work activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet KPIs.
Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and environmental regulations.
Inventory & Equipment Control: Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory, monitoring for repair or replacement needs.
Documentation: Review and maintain accurate records of repairs, job cards, and maintenance logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a technical role, often with 5+ years in a workshop environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of relevant machinery, vehicles, or equipment (e.g., automotive or heavy equipment).
- Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage a team, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and staff coordination.
