Responsibilities

System Monitoring: Continuously monitor the BMS workstation to track building performance, analyze trends, and identify anomalies.
Equipment Control: Start and stop building equipment (chillers, pumps, fans), adjust temperature setpoints, and manage automated lighting schedules.
Alarm Response: Promptly investigate, diagnose, and resolve system alarms, faults, or malfunctions.
Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Schedule and carry out routine checks on sensors, control equipment, and mechanical plants.
Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of system performance, energy usage, and maintenance actions.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: A diploma, ITI, or B.E./B.Tech degree in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering.
Experience: Typically 1 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in facility management or HVAC control systems.
Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of Building Management software (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls) and proficiency with CCTV, fire alarms, and access controls.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills to coordinate with maintenance teams and management.
