LED INSTALLATION LEAD

Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Project Supervision: Manage and delegate daily tasks to junior installers to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications.
  • System Installation & Wiring: Oversee the physical mounting, cabling, and correct wiring of LED panels, lighting fixtures, or digital screens. 
  • Testing & Calibration: Conduct system checks, troubleshoot connectivity/hardware issues, and calibrate LED displays for optimal brightness and color uniformity. 
  • Site Management: Conduct pre-installation site surveys, evaluate structural integrity, and ensure adequate power distribution. 
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA or local electrical safety standards, ensuring the crew utilizes proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe scaffolding/ladder practices.
  • Client & Team Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the field team, project managers, and the client to provide status updates and resolve technical roadblocks.
Requirements & Qualifications

 

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and architectural layouts.
  • Certifications: Relevant trade qualifications (such as an Electrician's license) or industry-specific AV/LED certifications are highly preferred.
  • Physical & Environmental Capability: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work at heights on ladders/lifts, and operate in varying outdoor and indoor construction environments.
