Job Description:

Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage carpenters on site for fit‑out and finishing works.  
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and material specifications.  
- Ensure precision in cutting, assembling, and installation of wooden structures.  
- Maintain safety standards and work quality.  
- Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors for daily progress.  
Requirements*
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in carpentry and fit‑out projects.  
- Strong leadership and communication skills.  
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
