Job Description:

 

• Quality Inspection: Continuously monitor production for accuracy and quality, checking for defects and proper registration.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, blade changes) and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Efficiency: Ensure optimal machine speed and minimize material wastage during runs.
• Documentation: Maintain job logs, production data, and safety records as required by company procedures.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure a clean, safe working environment. 
   

• Proven experience as a Die Cutting Machine Operator.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints/technical specifications.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
