Job Description:

• Setup and Operation: Install printing plates, mix inks, load label stock, and adjust machine settings (ink levels, pressure, registration) to meet job specifications.
• Quality Control: Monitor printing for defects such as misalignment or smudging; inspect finished labels to ensure color accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Production Efficiency: Operate the press at standard rates to meet production timelines, maintaining accurate records of paper waste and usage.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, technical, or ink problems promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures regarding UV light, moving parts, and chemicals. 
   

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of offset printing processes and machinery, specifically intermittent/rotary motion.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain, check, and monitor quality and color consistency.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long periods and lifting materials.
