Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Needs Analysis & Pitching: Interview customers to understand their pain points and present tailored product solutions.
  • Closing & Negotiation: Persuade clients, overcome objections, and finalize sales contracts.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent post-sale support and retention.
Record Keeping: Track sales pipelines, activities, and customer data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. 
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value clearly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Active listening and empathy to build trust and rapport with buyers.
  • Resilience & Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
