Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage and supervise daily civil/construction activities related to wall paneling or diaphragm wall construction.
Quality & Progress: Monitor site progress to ensure work meets project quality standards and technical specifications.
Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections, ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed by the team, and eliminate potential hazards.
Resource Management: Oversee building material deliveries, allocate manpower, and manage subcontractors efficiently.
Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with site engineers, architects, consultants, and project management teams.

Essential Requirements & Skills

Experience: Usually requires 2 to 5 years of experience in site supervision, structural construction, or interior fit-outs.
Education: A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is generally preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, technical drawings, and structural charts.
Leadership: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to motivate on-site workers.
