Key Responsibilities

Electrical Systems: Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, switchboards, wiring, lighting systems, and backup generators. Ensure DB dressings and circuit breakers function safely.
Mechanical & HVAC: Perform routine preventative maintenance on Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), chillers, and exhaust fans. Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal performance.
Plumbing & Drainage: Maintain and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, flush mechanisms, pressure tanks, and water pumps. Address pipe leakages and concealed line rectifications.
Emergency Response: Act as first responder for on-site system failures to restore services safely and swiftly.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled equipment checks to prevent major breakdowns and extend asset lifespan.

Core Competencies & Skills

Proficiency in handling hand tools, multimeters, and specialized testing equipment.
Basic civil and carpentry maintenance knowledge.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
