Responsibilities

System Monitoring: Continuously monitor utility systems (chillers, boilers, compressors, water treatment plants) to ensure optimal performance.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, parts replacement) and emergency repairs.
Data Recording: Document equipment readings, including pressure, temperature, and flow rates, into logs.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulations, including PPE usage and [environmental regulations].
Troubleshooting: Identify and address malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
Chemical Management: Handle water chemistry testing and chemical container changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma or ITI in electrical/mechanical/refrigeration trades.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in utility operations (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, or facility maintenance).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, boilers, compressors, and [power generation equipment].
Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, proficiency with tools, and basic computer skills for reporting.
